Miheeka’s family visits Rana home for ‘roka’ function

-

Earlier this month, producer-actor Rana Daggubati had made his relationship with Miheeka Bajaj public. Sharing a photo with Miheeka, the actor wrote, “And she said yes! #MiheekaBajaj.” He used a red heart emoji along with his caption. Following that, the couple has now made it official with the traditional North Indian roka ceremony. Rana took to Twitter and posted pictures from the roka and captioned it, “It’s now official.” In a separate post, Miheeka Bajaj defined her fiancé Rana Daggubati as her “happy place.” In the photographs, Rana was seen in a white shirt and veshti. Miheeka looked stunning in an orange-gold sari with a yellow and pink border, teamed with a heavily-embellished blouse and chunky ethnic jewellery. There were reports that the couple is now formally engaged to each other.

When contacted, sources close to Rana denied the reports and told DT Next, “It was only a roka on Wednesday in which both their parents met. However, engagement is likely to take place soon once the lockdown relaxations are announced where the entire family will be present. If things do not return to normalcy anytime soon, the engagement will again be a close-knit affair with only their parents in attendance. The wedding will take place in Hyderabad with the entire industry attending it.” Miheeka Bajaj, an entrepreneur is the daughter of Bunty and Suresh Bajaj. She runs an interior decor and event business called Dew Drop Design Studio.
