Swiss consumer electronics company, Sirin Labs, has signed a new agreement with Foxconn International Holding (FIH) Mobile, a subsidiary of leading electronics manufacturing company Foxconn, that will see the two companies working together to bring Sirin Labs’ Finney blockchain-based smartphone to life.

Set to become the world’s first blockchain-based smartphone, Finney smartphones will have several innovative features including a cold storage crypto wallet. According to Sirin Labs, this will enable seamless and automatic token conversions for the use of different decentralised applications, without the hassle of obtaining the different tokens through an exchange, thus simplifying the user experience.
