ACTIVITIES AT THE HYUNDAI PAVILION
HYUNDAI INDIA HAD A WHOLE RANGE of fun and gaming activities for visitors at their pavilion at the Auto Expo. The Giga Selfie allowed visitors to take a photo of themselves and the entire Hyundai pavilion at one shot, literally. The Hyundai pavilion was also RFID (radio-frequency identification) enabled, letting the enthusiasts share their experience online in real time.
Beyond the world of cars, Hyundai is also associated with the BCCI and FIFA. To ensure that consumers experience this connect in a unique ‘real life’ manner, Hyundai had leveraged virtual reality (VR) technologies to create a virtual cricket pitch and a football penalty shootout game. The ‘Virtual Header’, promised an immersive football virtual experience where visitors had to score goals only through headers. ‘Mind Goal’, a multiplayer, digital football game that put visitors through the daring test of utilising the power of just their mind by using Neurosky gears – a brainwave headset, was like something out of a sci-fi movie. The state-of-the-art brainwave headset allowed players to score goals against their opponents, just by focusing their minds!
The ‘Racing Motion Simulator’ offered visitors a truly powerful experience of being on a race track, behind the wheel of some of Hyundai’s best performance cars. The digital sports zone was also equipped with a leaderboard, giving visitors a chance to win exciting prizes.
Hyundai also created a display showcasing the robotic arms used to manufacture cars in their plant dance, highlighting their extreme flexibility and versatility.
