BMW M2 COMPETITION
The entry-level M car is taking the war straight to the CLA 45 AMG. However, it packs in a larger, 3-litre engine that makes 405 horses and 550Nm. Even with a rear wheel drive setup, the M2 can hit 100kmph in just
4.2 seconds. Ask for the optional
M pack and you’ll able to hit 280kmph! Unfortunately, BMW hasn’t brought the 6-speed manual to our shores and we’ll have to make do with the 7-speed DCT. The M2 Competition also gets an electronic rear differential lock with revised maps for precision drifting. The M2 is the smallest, lightest and coolest M car out there. Old school tail happy is back! So go for it.
