THERE ARE MULTIPLE SEATING AREAS WITH PLENTY OF PLANTS

TATA MOTORS IS ACCELERATING its EV presence with two dedicated showrooms in Gurugram, marking a stride toward eco-consciousness. These spaces are thoughtfully designed, using recycled/recyclable materials and boasting ample natural light via expansive glass panels. There are multiple seating areas with plenty of plants around. The interior lights autoadjust according to the outside light and for coffee lovers, there’s a Blue Tokai cafe at each of these showrooms.

The entire range of Tata Motors’ electric cars is available, one that is sure to grow in the next few years. There’s a DC charger available as well. Technology is used to elevate the experience, featuring interactive screens. First is a configurator where you can explore your preferred car in 3D. You can look through the variants, colours, interiors and fuel. There’s another screen aimed at making you feel good about your EV buying decision. This one has two modes — first counts out potential fuel savings once you tell it how much you travel daily. Another one plans a route for you, marking all the Tata chargers on the way and giving you an estimated cost. For instance, a Pune to Mumbai journey estimate showcased a remarkable sub `200 cost. If that is even remotely true, it makes a strong case for people to own EVs and in effect for a brand to open dedicated EV showrooms.

The new Tata.ev showroom helps Tata Motors position itself as a mass-market EV manufacturer. Being eco-friendly makes this good for the planet and helps attract more eco-conscious customers as well. There are currently only two Tata.ev showrooms but Tata Motors has revealed that it would set up a lot more in the coming year. ⌧
