Translatio­n awards 2021

Translatio­ns of 22 books in various languages were selected for the Sahitya Akademi Translatio­n Prize 2021. Translatio­ns first published in the five years prior to the year immediatel­y preceding the year of the prize are eligible. The 22 winners are:

The translatio­n prizes in Maithili and Rajasthani languages will be announced at a later date, said the Sahitya Akademi press note of June 24 announcing the prizes.
