Kalyaani Singh started her career as a journalist in Mumbai. As a journalist, she contributed proactively, as she wrote various articles on various Bollywood films for the top Publication houses of India as well as conducted interviews of multiple toprated superstars of the Indian Film Industry (Bollywood).
Over the course of her career as a journalist, Kalyaani Singh learned from scratch, each and every minute detail about Bollywood Filmmaking and Bollywood Film Production and finally decided to became a Bollywood Film Producer and Director. Together with her husband, renowned exjournalist Maann Singh, Kalyaani Singh went on to produce several hit and commercially successful films like Gunehgar, Jurmana, Raja Bhaiya, Krishan Avtaar, Kranti Kshetra,
Chess The Trap of Death and recently the highly controversial film, Why I Killed Gandhi?
Her upcoming film is “Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai”, which is considered as the biggest and greatest name in the Punjabi Film Industry and the Sikh Community.
Apart from producing and directing Bollywood films, Kalyaani Singh has also produced, writen and directed a TV Serial called Aashiyana, which aired on DD National (Doordarshan) and was the Number 1 TV Serial of DD National with the highest TRP rating.
She has also completed a MasterClass certified course on Filmmaking, taught by the Legendary Hollywood Director, Martin Scorsese.
Kalyaani Singh was appointed to the jury in the 13th Global International Film Festival and was felicitated by the 7th Khajuraho International Film Festival (KIFF) for her contribution to the Indian Film Industry (Bollywood). She was also awarded the Aadhi Aabadi Women Achiever’s Award for her outstanding achievements and contribution to the Indian Film Industry (Bollywood). She has also been awarded the most prestigious international award, Certificate of Excellence, by the World Book Of Records, London.
Kalyaani Singh is actively involved in Philanthropy and Humanitarian Work as she is the Chairperson of Maharashtra Citizen Group, NGO.
