CALL TO GET MOVING
Every time I pick up your magazine I come across various useful suggestions to make exercising simple so that one does not need a gym or equipments to perform. My mom, who also reads the magazine, keeps nagging me to follow your advice for I am a bit on the heavier side. She points out to me the people in your Fit For Life section who manage to make time for their health and fitness no matter how busy they are, just to show me how poor my excuses are – like lack of time, too busy, etc. Maybe one of these days I will be goaded enough to join the gym.
