Health & Nutrition - - FORUM -

Drink plenty of fluids when exercising or working outdoors in winter. It’s easy to become dehydrated in cold weather because of the water you lose from breathing, sweating, and increased urine production. In addition, the cold actually impairs the thirst mechanism, so people tend to drink less.
