CONTENTS: 30 ml tequila, 15 ml Blue Curacao, 90 ml fresh cream, 30 ml pineapple juice, 15 ml coconut liqueur / syrup, 10 cubes ice, 1 slice fresh coconut + 1 cherry to garnish. METHOD In a blending jar, mix tequila, Blue Curacao, 45 ml cream and pineapple juice over half the ice. In another jar, blend coconut liqueur with 45 ml cream over the remaining ice cubes. Pour one-third of mixture from the first jar into a glass. Top it with a third of the coconut liqueur, and finish off with another layer of the tequila mixture. Garnish with a slice of fresh coconut and cherry.
