Actress Mah­naz Da­ma­nia shares her sleep se­crets with “Seven to eight hours of shut­eye is what a good night’s sleep is all about. If I do have a late night fol­lowed by an early morn­ing, then cat­naps dur­ing the day keep me go­ing. “I don’t fol­low a bed­time rou­tine as such, but one thing I can­not do is sleep with­out a sheet or blan­ket.And I pre­fer sleep­ing on a firm mat­tress. I find I wake up feel­ing more rested on a firm mat­tress rather than a hard or soft one. “I change my bed­li­nen ev­ery week and re­verse the head and the feet parts of the mat­tress on and off. When the weather gets too hu­mid, I try and keep it in the sun. “My sleep mantra: A luke­warm or hot shower, mildly fra­grant body mois­turiser, calm­ing body splash and I sleep like a baby. And most im­por­tantly, I don’t go to sleep hun­gry!”
