Health & Nutrition - - READERS PULSE - Karthik Seetharaman, Chennai

Iwould like to raise a concern over one of the most common lifestyle diseases – diabetes. We often take it lightly, but diabetes can take a toll on our health if not addressed at the right time. Nowadays, hogging on junk food has become a routine for youngsters. Colas, donuts, pastries and cookies contain large amounts of sugar which can increase the risk of diabetes. So, start young, take charge of your eating habits and dump junk food!
