Ac­tor Sonu Sood re­veals his sleep se­crets.

“I am a morn­ing per­son. Even if I sleep late (although it’s not very of­ten), I tend to wake up early, by 6 or 7 a.m. I wish I could sleep more, be­cause I know a good night’s sleep is very im­por­tant to main­tain op­ti­mum health. But I guess my body clock has been set in such a way that I can get through the day with five-six hours of sleep. “Back in Pun­jab, my mom used to give me a large glass of milk be­fore I hit the sack. But in Mumbai, I haven’t been able to keep up the prac­tice. “I pre­fer a firm, hard mat­tress be­cause it helps keep my back in good shape. I like light shades in my bed­room and make sure it is de­void of clut­ter as it fa­cil­i­tates peace­ful sleep.”
