To get a bet­ter night’s sleep, give your Smart­phone rest. If you want to im­prove your sleep, stay off your smart­phone around bed­time. A new study sug­gests that peo­ple who use their smart­phones/ tabs for longer pe­ri­ods dur­ing the day, es­pe­cially around bed­time, are more prone to shorter sleep du­ra­tion and poorer qual­ity sleep.
