TV Actress “I avoid eat­ing out­side food dur­ing mon­soon, as the di­ges­tive sys­tem slows down in the rain and heavy food be­comes dif­fi­cult to di­gest. I make sure that if I eat raw fruits and sal­ads, I wash them in ap­ple cider vine­gar or warm wa­ter, to clean them thor­oughly. “My skin­care rou­tine is the same. I take around 30 min­utes to thor­oughly take off my makeup af­ter a shoot. I first use Mi­cel­lar wa­ter to re­move the heavy layer and an eye makeup remover to re­move the eye makeup. I then use a cleans­ing cream or milk to take away the tiny bits hid­den in the skin pores, af­ter which I wash my face with a mild face wash. I use a vi­ta­min C serum, mois­tur­ize with a wa­ter-based mois­tur­izer, and use sun­screen be­fore step­ping out. “I hit the gym four times a week. I start with Surya Na­maskar and then do func­tional and weight train­ing. I swear by yoga, as it’s a great way to stretch and strengthen.”
