“I like to enjoy a sound sleep of six hours. So I try to sleep at 12 a.m and wake up by 6 a.m. After waking up, I exercise for three hours every day. While travelling, my sleep schedule changes, but I manage to work out even then.
“I use a hard mattress while sleeping. It’s good for the back, and cures blood pressure, arthritis and body pain.
“A sleep ritual I follow is reading the ‘Bhagavad Gita’ and praying to God before hitting the sack.
“Don’t consume alcohol; cold drink; and fast, spicy, oily and fatty food before going into slumberland. Have a three-hour food gap before sleeping, and drink warm water. All these will help you get good sleep.”
