Quinoa Cha­p­ati

Quinoa flour, 250 gm; boil­ing hot water, 1 and 1/3rd cup (150 ml)


Add boil­ing water to the quinoa flour and mix it with a wooden spoon, un­til it forms a dough. (Be care­ful not to knead the dough with hand as it will be very hot).

Keep the dough aside for a min­i­mum of one hour to let it cool.

Use the dough to make cha­p­atis, dust­ing with reg­u­lar wheat flour.
