Quinoa flour, 250 gm; boiling hot water, 1 and 1/3rd cup (150 ml)
Add boiling water to the quinoa flour and mix it with a wooden spoon, until it forms a dough. (Be careful not to knead the dough with hand as it will be very hot).
Keep the dough aside for a minimum of one hour to let it cool.
Use the dough to make chapatis, dusting with regular wheat flour.
