Stud­ies have fo­cused on the ef­fects of prac­tic­ing yoga and sim­i­lar mind-body ther­a­pies such as tai chi on peo­ple with can­cer. But it has been found that yoga, in par­tic­u­lar, can reduce can­cer-re­lated fa­tigue. Stud­ies sug­gest that yoga may also help with pain, mood, sleep prob­lems, anx­i­ety, and stress.
