I’m often fatigued, and I’m looking for an energy booster. What do you recommend?

Health & Nutrition - - SELF CARE -

If you routinely find yourself in an energy crisis, you might need something more than a quick-fix energy booster. Before you reach for another cup of coffee or an energy drink, look at your sleep habits. If you’re not getting about seven hours of good quality sleep each night, you might have a sleep disorder. Consider your eating habits, too. A healthful diet can be a good energy booster, while a poor one can leave you feeling tired. Avoid excess sugar from sweets and processed foods. Eat breakfast to get your body off to a good start each day. Fill your diet with lean protein sources (e.g lean meats, fish, and nuts), complex carbohydrates from whole grains, brown rice, beans and other legumes, and whole fruits and vegetables.
