Divya Kumar Khosla reveals her sleep secrets... “As a director, I spend most of my time chasing sleep. With packed busy schedules and cross-country commutes, getting even a few hours of sound sleep feels like a dream but I am the kind of person who does not sacrice on sleep. “I believe that getting enough sleep is the only way to stay fresh and energetic all day. “Relaxing my head on a memory foam pillow is the most blissful part of my day. I am very particular about my mattress as anything too soft or too hard to sleep on, can cause neck and body pains. So I prefer to sleep on a semi-hard matress. “My bedtime rituals include spending quality time with my son by reading him a bedtime story. Post that, I prefer relaxing for a good 10 minutes with peaceful music playing in the background. I also create a to-do-list for the next day. “I thoroughly avoid sleeping late. Daily yoga and exercise help me sleep better, and I also avoid heavy meals to keep drowsiness at bay.”
