“I believe it is easier to burn calories in summer than in winter. So I do a lot of cardio, yoga and a minimum of five-six days of weight training in a week. “It is very important to keep your body hydrated during winter. I drink lots of water and make sure I eat healthy like fresh fruits and leafy vegetables. “I also make sure my skin doesn’t dry so I apply a night cream before hitting the bed. Even though winters are generally not known for sunscreens, I apply sunscreen as it is important to protect your skin in every season. “For my hair, I oil and condition it once a week. I also try to use an egg-based hair pack as it really does wonders to my hair. And I consume my vitamin E pills to keep it healthy.”
