My Fitness Mantra: My workout routine is not fixed. Sometimes, I work out for six days a week and sometimes, seven. I do two hours of cardio weights and functional training every alternate day. I follow a lot of cardio weight training in between burpees and functional training. Diet Guide:
I am off carbs now, and am allowed to have a junk or cheat day once a week in moderation. As my workout consists of high weight training, I try to avoid eating any junk food. And if I crave, I make sure I work out well for the next few days to burn those calories.
Breakfast: Omelet with various vegetables, fried in butter or coconut oil.
Lunch: Chicken salad with some olive oil. Snack: 24 raw almonds. Dinner: Grilled chicken wings with some raw spinach on the side. Or meatballs with vegetables. Ultimate Cheat Food:
Anything that is sweet makes its way to my cheat food list – from cakes and pastries to sweets. Do’s and Don’ts While Working Out: I don’t eat too much prior to my workout schedule. And I make sure I eat within an hour of having worked out.
