Fit­ness and diet:

“I am ge­net­i­cally blessed so I don’t have to sweat it out too much, but ton­ing and car­dio ex­er­cises are sure im­por­tant. I os­cil­late be­tween func­tional car­dio and weights. I stick to more liq­uids in the sum­mer mainly be­cause the heat can make you de­hy­drated. I avoid fatty or heavy food and go light with lots of phulkas, dal and green veg­gies.”

Skin and hair­care:

“Luck­ily, men don’t re­quire much at­ten­tion and care, but a good sun­screen is some­thing I al­ways use. I am par­tic­u­lar about my hair so I have a tai­lor-made oil which I ap­ply ev­ery week and make sure I con­di­tion it well post a sham­poo.”

Travel care:

“I carry light clothes like shorts, bur­mu­das, chap­pals, cot­ton tees or linen shirts. I avoid wear­ing jeans as they get heavy and sticky. In­stead, I go for linen or cot­ton trousers.”
