CUR­RENT FIT­NESS AND DIET REGIME

A reg­u­lar prac­tice of three hours in the morn­ing and evening, with one hour of any form of phys­i­cal ac­tiv­ity like run­ning in be­tween. I never go to the gym. When I am not play­ing tour­na­ments, I do one hour of body strength­en­ing ex­er­cises – planks, side planks and straight planks for the core, and a lot of pushups to build up strength, en­durance and stamina. I also do a lot of ther­a­band ex­er­cises to strengthen my shoul­ders. My diet con­sists of scram­bled egg with bread for break­fast. Lunch is roti, rice and dal. I ful­fill my pro­tein re­quire­ment with pa­neer. Din­ner is light with khichdi.
