CURRENT FITNESS AND DIET REGIME
A regular practice of three hours in the morning and evening, with one hour of any form of physical activity like running in between. I never go to the gym. When I am not playing tournaments, I do one hour of body strengthening exercises – planks, side planks and straight planks for the core, and a lot of pushups to build up strength, endurance and stamina. I also do a lot of theraband exercises to strengthen my shoulders. My diet consists of scrambled egg with bread for breakfast. Lunch is roti, rice and dal. I fulfill my protein requirement with paneer. Dinner is light with khichdi.
