There is no sci­en­tific proof that con­sum­ing milk or dairy prod­ucts after eat­ing fish can lead to white patches. Just make sure these foods are safe be­fore con­sump­tion, i.e. the fish is fresh and cooked well, and the milk or dairy is con­sumed be­fore its ex­piry date.
