EVENING: Three eggs, two ba­nanas and one orange. BE­FORE WORK­OUT: Two ba­nanas, one ap­ple and whey pro­tein. POST WORK­OUT: Three eggs, one ap­ple, pro­tein shakes and vi­ta­min sup­ple­ments. DIN­NER: Chicken, a bowl of salad and a bowl of rice.
