UTTAM’S DIET FOR THE DAY
BREAKFAST: Five eggs, a sweet potato, oats and protein shake. NOON: Five eggs, sweet corn or one apple. LUNCH: Two rotis, two eggs and a bowl of salad. EVENING: Three eggs, two bananas and one orange. BEFORE WORKOUT: Two bananas, one apple and whey protein. POST WORKOUT: Three eggs, one apple, protein shakes and vitamin supplements. DINNER: Chicken, a bowl of salad and a bowl of rice.
