These asanas will not only em­power you to eat healthily but also feel healthy and fit.

1. Tree Pose aka Vrik­shasana

Vrik­shasana is a yoga pose that con­cen­trates on build­ing men­tal fo­cus and body bal­ance. The asana helps one build bet­ter con­cen­tra­tion equip­ping one to set health­ier goals and tar­gets. Prac­tic­ing this pose, bal­ances one fully, thus help­ing them to be­come thought­ful and aware of their ac­tions, in­clud­ing se­lect­ing food that they con­sume. Stand with hands folded above your head. Lift one foot and place it on the knee of your leg. Prac­tice the pose with your eyes closed for 30 secs on each foot.

2. Va­jrasana

This is a very pow­er­ful pose which helps the en­tire di­ges­tive sys­tem, and can be prac­ticed on a full stom­ach. It elim­i­nates the chances of stom­ach evils like con­sti­pa­tion, ul­cers and acid­ity, helps one feel light and in turn, helps one move steps closer to­wards healthy eat­ing. Sit rest­ing your but­tocks on your heels and your thighs on your calf mus­cles. Place hands on your knees and try sit­ting in this asana for up to 30 min­utes at one go.
