I have to give it to my genetics over here and can’t take all the credit. I have been blessed with great hair but I do take care of it. My mornings comprise five-six soaked almonds, three-four soaked walnuts and – all good for skin and hair. I really believe that it’s not what you put on your skin and hair but what you feed your body from within that helps your skin and hair stay good and body healthy.
