I have to give it to my ge­net­ics over here and can’t take all the credit. I have been blessed with great hair but I do take care of it. My morn­ings com­prise five-six soaked al­monds, three-four soaked wal­nuts and – all good for skin and hair. I re­ally be­lieve that it’s not what you put on your skin and hair but what you feed your body from within that helps your skin and hair stay good and body healthy.
