A soft mat­tress is not good for your back es­pe­cially if you have back is­sues. “I read be­fore go­ing to bed. It helps me re­lax my mind. “I keep my phone on silent and keep it away from my body be­fore go­ing to bed. I also med­i­tate; it helps me calm down.”
