Exercise during pregnancy would require medical clearance from your ob-gyn. Assuming you have been medically cleared for exercise, you can continue with whatever physical activity you were engaged in within physical boundaries that do not extend to pushing your limits or performing movements that do not make you feel uncomfortable or are too hard. Pregnancy is not a time to be experimenting with a new exercise programme or even starting with one.
