Ex­er­cise dur­ing preg­nancy would re­quire med­i­cal clear­ance from your ob-gyn. As­sum­ing you have been med­i­cally cleared for ex­er­cise, you can con­tinue with what­ever phys­i­cal ac­tiv­ity you were en­gaged in within phys­i­cal bound­aries that do not ex­tend to push­ing your lim­its or per­form­ing move­ments that do not make you feel un­com­fort­able or are too hard. Preg­nancy is not a time to be ex­per­i­ment­ing with a new ex­er­cise pro­gramme or even start­ing with one.
