Workouts to burn your fat faster
1 Forward Run (Not shown) Go to the straightaway and run forward 100 meters. You can jog, run briskly, or sprint (albeit at a little less than 100% effort), depending on your current fitness level.
2 Medicine-Ball Slam Hold a medicine ball straight overhead, and throw it down on the track in front of you as hard as you can. Squat down to pick up the ball. Repeat for 10 reps.
3 Active Recovery (Not shown) Depending on your fitness level, you can walk, jog, or lunge for 100 meters around the curve of the track. Take deep breaths.
