1 For­ward Run (Not shown) Go to the straight­away and run for­ward 100 me­ters. You can jog, run briskly, or sprint (al­beit at a lit­tle less than 100% ef­fort), de­pend­ing on your cur­rent fit­ness level.

2 Medicine-Ball Slam Hold a medicine ball straight over­head, and throw it down on the track in front of you as hard as you can. Squat down to pick up the ball. Re­peat for 10 reps.

3 Ac­tive Re­cov­ery (Not shown) De­pend­ing on your fit­ness level, you can walk, jog, or lunge for 100 me­ters around the curve of the track. Take deep breaths.
