Ihave a feel­ing of full­ness in my ears that won’t go away. I think it has been di­ag­nosed as some­thing called eu­stachian tube dys­func­tion. I have been to sev­eral oto­laryn­gol­o­gists but in vain. Vinod ka­mat, New Delhi Since you use the word ‘ears’, I pre­sume it is in both the ears. If it is se­vere and ir­re­versible, in­ser­tion of a grom­met (ven­ti­la­tion tube) might be help­ful. The cause and sever­ity of the eu­stachian tube should be as­cer­tained by your ENT sur­geon and treated ap­pro­pri­ately.
