NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW

The Haryana court deserves kudos for handing out the stringent punishment of rigorous life imprisonment till death to the self-styled godman Rampal. Our society must realise that the only god is in your good deeds and nothing else. People must refrain from kowtowing down before such goons dressed in saffron and considering them equal to God. Why can’t they be more vigilant and proactive? This stringent verdict against Rampal should set a precedent for other offenders who indulge in such ruthless acts of murder and think themselves to be above law. Harpreet Sandhu,
