Nurse records video of waste burnt in hospital

DEHRADUN: In-charge of the nurses at Government Doon Medical College Hospital’s maternity ward has alleged that harmful waste is being burnt in front of the ward housing new born babies. Sarita, the nurse, shot a video on her mobile phone showcasing waste material being burnt in the premises of the hospital, behind lower surgical ward. The video was shot on Wednesday morning and the nurse alleged the smoke from the waste was entering the hospital.
