CHANDIGARH: Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) supremo Om Prakash Chautala will launch the party’s campaign for the coming Lok Sabha polls from a rally at Hansi in Hisar district on March 1.

Meanwhile, INLD leader Abhay Chautala has exhorted the youth to work for strengthening the party.

In statement issued here on Wednesday, he said the party has allotted responsibilities to the various office-bearers at the district level for the rally.

Earlier in the day, OP Chautala unveiled the banner and logo of the newly formed INLD Students’ Organisation (ISO) and addressed the youth wing of the party. He said that whenever INLD is voted to power, it will ensure that every youth gets employment according to his qualifications.

Chautala has been out on furlough from the Tihar jail for three weeks since February 8.

On this occasion, Rambir Singh Badala was appointed as the state president of ISO and Arjun Chautala made the national in-charge of the students’ wing, the statement added. Notably, Chautala had dissolved INLD students’ wing Indian National Students’ Organisation (INSO), while expelling his grandsons, Hisar MP Dushyant and Digvijay on November 2. HTC
