NRI Kahlon handed 15 years

In March 2013, Fatehgarh Sahib police arrested an NRI, Anoop Singh Kahlon, and on his disclosure, police zeroed in on Bhola. Before migrating to Canada, Kahlon was a police head constable. He developed contacts with drug smugglers in Canada and returned only to make a fortune.
