COMPLETE RAPE TRIALS IN TIME-BOUND MANNER

It is laudable that a special Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act Court in Sikar district completed trial in five working days and sentenced the accused to life imprisonment till death. This judgment will act as a deterrent for perverts who consider children as an object for sex. The next step should be for the Supreme Court to order lower courts that the trial must be completed in a time-bound manner.
