8 hurt in Kurukshetra village group clash

KARNAL: At least eight people were injured in a group clash at Bir Amin village in Kurukshetra district on Sunday. Police said the clash took place following an altercation over an alleged attempt to assault a mentallychallenged boy. Kurukshetra University police station incharge Balwan Singh said the injured had been hospitalised. The police have booked 10 people from both the groups.
