Tatas get back Air India, bold step by Modi govt

The news of Tatas getting back Air India came like a whiff of fresh air. Once the pride of the nation, Air India, was reduced to a white elephant due to misgovernance, political interference and corruption by successive governments. This bold step by the Narendra Modi government is in the direction of economic reforms. It will also help the Maharaja regain its lost glory. Tatas should initiate an in-house investigation into the corruption in the airlines that caused losses.
