Analyse reasons for failure of public sector enterprises

Companies owned by the government were never made to be sold. Rather than selling these public sector enterprises, the government should analyse the reasons for the failure of these companies. Mistakes of previous decades must be corrected. Bright youngsters should be hired to run these enterprises. New technology and resources should be adopted. PSEs can give good returns if run appropriately. More profits can accelerate our economy.
