Dalit students victim of govt apathy: Cheema

CHANDIGARH:: Leader of opposition Harpal Singh Cheema on Friday accused the Captain Amarinder-led Congress government of curbing the rights of the poor and Dalit students by denying them post-matric scholarship and other basic facilities. In a statement, the leader of opposition in Punjab assembly said like the previous SAD-BJP regime, the present government was also running away from providing post-matric scholarship to poor and Dalit students.
