Eight injured in Ferozepur road accident

FEROZEPUR: Eight persons were injured when a car hit a stray animal and then collided with another car at Zira, a subdivision of Ferozepur district, on Thursday night. Simranjeet Singh of Baghapurana in Moga district was going to Moga from Amritsar in his car (PB-39-F-0797) when it hit a stray cow. He lost control over the vehicle and it collided with another car (HR-06-Q 9099). The injured were taken to a local hospital from where they were referred to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot.
