‘Don’t hamper academic functioning of pvt schools’
CHANDIGARH:THE Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday directed Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) not to hamper the academic functioning of private schools in Haryana while holding their upcoming recruitment tests to the posts of Class III and IV employees in these schools.
The commission last month issued orders to use private schools in different districts as their examination centres for its written tests on November 10 and November 17.Schools however challenged the order saying that the commission was forcing them to close their schools on those dates in violation of provisions of the Haryana School Education Rules, 2003, as well as CBSE Affiliation By-laws.
