Will surely meet elder brother Ajay when he calls me: Abhay
SIRSA:SENIOR INLD leader Abhay Chautala said on Friday, “Ajay Singh is my elder brother and whenever he calls me or wants to meet me, I will surely meet him.” The MLA from Ellenabad was speaking to mediapersons after addressing a party workers and INLD office holders meeting at his residence here in Sirsa.
He said, “In a very short notice, about 90% of the party MPS and MLAS reached my residence and we decided to take out Adhikar Yatra from December 1 from Kurukshetra district. During this Yatra, we will tell people of Haryana how the BJP government failed at every front in the state.”
The office holders’ meeting started at 3.30pm at Abhay’s residence on Dabwali road and went on till 5.30pm. The mediapersons were kept away from the meeting.
The meeting was led by Abhay Chautala and state party chief Ashok Arora. Talking to HT, Ashok Arora said, “We wanted to handover all the responsibilities to party workers, MPS and MLAS. Almost everyone attended the meeting. Some of the leaders did not reach the meeting due to festival season.”
“We delegated responsibilities for the yatra during the meeting. Our main motive is to tell the people of Haryana how the BJP government failed to live up to their expectations.”
