FRUSTRATED PEOPLE FORGING ALLIANCES: CM

KARNAL: Reacting to the formation of BSP-LSP alliance, Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar said frustrated people are forming alliances just to grab power and they don’t have any agenda for people.

Talking to the media during his short visit to Karnal, he said these parties don’t have any leader, intention and policy but are struggling to come to power.

Meanwhile, Haryana BJP chief Subhash Barala on Moday made it clear that his party will not forge alliance with any other party in upcoming Lok Sabha and state assembly elections.

He stated this on the sidelines of a meeting in Hisar with BJP workers of Hisar, Sirsa and Rohtak districts. BJP president Amit Shah will also address a meeting of the party cadre of these districts on February 25 in Hisar.

Besides Barala, finance minister Capt Abhimanyu and state co-in-charge Vishwas Sarang addressed the meeting.

Regarding the possibilit­y of the BJP fielding former cricketer Virender Sehwag from Rohtak Lok Sabha seat, Barala said that no BJP leader or worker has approached Sehwag in this regard.
