One arrested for assaulting cab driver, robbing car

GURUGRAM: The police on Saturday arrested a man for allegedly robbing a car and assaulting its driver in Badshahpur. According to the police, the incident took place on the night of April 11 when three men had booked his cab for a ride from Faridabad to Ghata village. When the cab reached the destination, the suspects said they wanted to go to Sector 105 and asked him to take a short-cut, said the victim.“on the way to Sector 105, the men assaulted me, pushed me out of the vehicle and drove away with it,” he said.
