DNA tests confirm death of Is-linked Philippine leader

MANILA: US DNA tests have confirmed the death of militant leader Owaida Marohombsar, who helped lead the 2017 siege of southern Marawi city. Tests confirmed that Marohombsar was one of four militants killed in a March 14 gun battle in Lanao del Sur province.
