End debate over security breach

The breach in the PM’S security should never have happened, but the chain of events it has triggered is only unnecessarily keeping the issue alive. All of this could have been avoided if Modi had stepped out of his car and waved to protesters. Why is a public representative afraid of facing citizens? Times have changed, but the atmosphere of fear and the distance between an elected leader and the public has increased.
