Sukhvinder Sukhu fires barbs at BJP regime
Ever since his appointment the Congress’ campaign committee head for the upcoming assembly elections in the hill state, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has started stinging the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party with his incessant jibes. At a felicitation event at Nadaun, his home turf, Sukhu took a sly dig at the Modi government over price rise and inflation. “LPG prices have gone from ₹400 to ₹1,000 under current regime. Now, there is one way. People should start worshipping the cylinder. This may help bring down the gas prices,” he said, leaving the audience in splits.
