Major setback for EV manufacturers

Recently, there have been reports of electric twowheelers catching fire, which has not only led to loss of precious lives and property, but also cast a shadow on the overall reliability of this clean technology in India at a crucial time. Fossil fuels are extremely damaging to the environment. Besides people were slowly moving towards electric vehicles as the prices of petrol and diesel have skyrocketed, however frequent accidents have shaken consumers to the core. This is a major setback to Indian EV manufacturers as they were looking forward to competing with China in this category.
